"My wife underwent a checkup for gallbladder stones under the care of Dr. B.P. Gupta at Shivalik Hospital. All necessary examinations and pre-anesthesia checks (PAC) were completed. I have a medical insurance policy, so I met with Mr. Mohan from the TPA department. He advised us to complete all tests by paying in cash. Following his instructions, we paid approximately ₹7,000 in cash for the tests. After the tests were completed, Mr. Mohan told us to go home and said he would contact us in 2–3 days with further information. However, it has now been over 3 month, and we have not received any call or follow-up from the hospital or Mr. Mohan."

"Visited gynaec department for my wife's illness 2 days back and got a major shock when their lead gynaec Dr. Neena , created an urgency to do laproscopey and wrote 15 other tests including for cancer detection. Later when visited other doctors for 2nd and 3rd opinions , was being told that nothing of that sort and something very easily curable by medicines and no need for so many tests. Clearly an example greed and misguiding patients only for squeezing money out of patients. Will not refer any in my circle to ever visit this hospital."
